Not uploading videos for last 2 days. picture attached

I am not able to upload a video. An error message comes up, its been happening for 2 days now. Please advise.

I had some uploading to Screencast problems the other day, turned out I was nearly at the limit of my free account.
Perhaps log into Screencast and see?

Hi Jon,

Sorry for not getting to this sooner, but problems like this are difficult to diagnose because the problem can occur anywhere from your computer to screencast.com.

I know this can be frustrating because I've had it happen to me before. Sometimes it's due to a bad video in Jing. Jing will think the video is okay, but Screencast.com will reject it. Perhaps this is what happened to you?

If this is more than one piece of content in Jing and you're still having issues, please open a ticket with our technical support team at http://support.techsmith.com
