now, hours later, it tells me to try to restart the device. I did and the video upload is gone, of course. Is there any way to recover it?

this program has the slowest uploads ever. such a waste of time. now, hours later, it tells me to try to restart the device. I did and the video upload is gone, of course. Is there any way to recover it?

In the Jing "sun" that you use to start a capture, there is another option called "History". You should be able to find it there.

I'm sorry, if it doesn't show up in the "Jing History" window, then something must have gone pretty wrong for it to have disappeared (your captures and videos go here whether you upload them or not).

We were told not to save them, just upload to screencast. So far, we are really not impressed with this program.
