I have created 3 resolutions of the same video, and all are posted on this page

Here are screenshots
1080p - https://prnt.sc/nt8ngj
720p - https://prnt.sc/nt8nbv
540p - https://prnt.sc/nt8nkf

Anyone have an idea how I can fix this such they are the same as was presented in the 1080p video?

If you want them all to be consistent, you could use the "Burned In" captions. But if you did that, they would always be visible and couldn't be turned off if the viewer wanted to turn them off.

I've already considered that, and since I've found that roughly only 15-20% of users actually use the cc's, I don't want to alienate the 80% that don't want to see the captions, especially on a 3 hour video.

have you tried setting a lower caption font size on the smaller dimension productions?

that can keep the captions looking the same

Hello jstobbe,

I've been looking at what you posted this morning and have determined that what you are seeing is a bug in the Smart Player.  I'm going to file an issue and look at working to fix font size to scale consistently between different video sizes,

Sorry for the inconvenience,
