OneClick Disable Video; Requires Two Clicks

When I upgraded to v13 the OneClick tool started displaying a second screen before launching the editor. The screen is asking to choose Image or Video. I don't currently use the video capture and would like to get back to OneClick captures.

Is there a way to turn off the Video Capture functionality from OneClick to allow the Image Editor to launch immediately after the image selection?

Just to elaborate.....I press "F9" the selection begins....by virtue of pressing F9, the photo should be auto selected and that entire secondary dialog box can be skipped.

I agree that having to click a second time when not requiring a vertical scroll is quite annoying, and a waste of time. With earlier versions, I was fine to select Video mode when I needed to record a video. I would be equally fine to select Panoramic scroll when required, rather than having to click a second time.
