Snagit 11.0 (build 207)

I enabled OneClick -- very nice feature.

However, the thin, orange rectangle doesn't always stay on top of all other windows. Not sure what conditions cause it to change, but there are times when it doesn't and times when it does.

Sorry you are having trouble!

Are you saying that the orange bar isn't where it was located the last time you used it? Or, it is there and it isn't working?

Could it be moved to another location? I notice that the orange bar can move to a new location if I undock my laptop or change displays.

Maybe you can tell us a bit more about what is occurring so we can get to the bottom of this.

Same problem for me with Snagit OneClick v 11.0.1 (Build 93). Half the time I look for the orange bar, it has become hidden behind other windows. There used to be an option to have it stay on top. Sometime it does and sometimes it doesn't and I haven't figured out what makes it go bad. I am surprised that more users have not experienced this problem. ~Dave

I'm having the same problem with OneClick dropping down behind other open windows. Is there a setting that can overcome this?

I've never experienced One Click being hidden so I think it's reasonably rare. My suggestion is that you do a clean install with a fresh download and all other software turned off. You could have a corrupted install. If that doesn't get then contact Technical Support and ask them to give you direct one on one help. Those guys are great.
