I am a longstanding customer and have upgraded from version 10 to 11. OneClick drop down menu down is no longer appearing on my desktop and I can't find a setting to have it appear. Am I missing the setting or has it been discarded from the upgrade?

Hello,
Thank you for your question. OneClick is still part of Release 11.

You can turn on OneClick from the View > Snagit OneClick menu or in Snagit:

Please let us know if you continue to have any issues or questions.
Thank you,
Tiffany

I don't know how to de-flag the "solved" label (the matter has not been solved). Do I need to start another posting. OneClick is still not showing on my desktop even though it is activated in Snagit. It sat on the desktop in version 10 but not in version 11.

I am having the same issue and cannot find a number to contact someone for help. I need SnagIt OneClick back on my desktop. The View option stated above does not return the results displayed in the screen shot provided.

Hey Elizabeth,

What issue exactly are you seeing? You are using Snagit 11, but the one click interface isn't showing?

When I turn on One click, I see a brown bar.  What happened to the red camera icon?  I like that much better.  Is there any way to get this back?

My one click window disappeared.  It is enabled but it is no where to be found.  It used to be at the top of my screen.  I have even turn "one-click" on and off numerous times.

Try restarting your computer. Let me know if that fixes it for you.

seems everyone is having this issue. I have ver 13 and it still doesn't work Windows 7 64bit,.Update..... I just noticed I had sangit 11 and 13 both installed. I removed snagit 11 and reinstalled snagit 13 from the add/remove programs, rebooted and it works fine again. I have the one click hover button back

Hmm I thought I had this problem too after reverting from the (awful) Snagit 2018 interface. BUT:
If you run your mouse down either side of your screen you MAY just see it pop out. It's actually only showing a tiny black tap now, which is actually pretty nifty once you know where it is, as it takes up less window real estate!

This happens periodically for me and I've yet to find anywhere that told me how to get it back.  I've usually just re-booted my computer a couple times and it eventually shows up on its own.  However, I believe I've finally figured it out.

1. Select the Windows icon
2. Search for "Snagit"
3. Right-click on the (red) Snagit (Capture) program
4. Select "Open"

Both the Snagit Capture window and the floating OneClick will (re-)appear
