I was a Beta-Tester for Snagit-13, but I don't remember running into this.
I often create shape overlays to emphasize to coworkers various things. I outline the issue with a bold colored outline, and then use a colored fill to show other issues categories quickly.
I just discovered that trying to put a 25% Opacity on the FILL also puts a 25% Opacity on the Outline. Arrrrgggghhh!! Spasms!! Horrible programming.
The Opacity setting should be separate for FILL and for OUTLINE - each should be able to have its own independent opacity setting!
PLEASE, fix ASAP.
