Hi guys,

I am having some troubles with open in new window functionality. I have Camtasia 8 - I know that is does not have this kind of functionality but usually I edit my projects in 8, export them as zip and send to someone else who has Camtasia 9 for export. After I've published my video on the platform I've noticed that "open in new window" is not showing anymore. Until now it worked just fine. Can you give some advices? Thanks a lot

Camtasia needs Media player to work effectively. Windows 10 never again underpins media player. Obviously there's something you have to download and introduce from Microsoft. The media player is in Windows 10 (in any event when you refresh from win 8.1).visit here Record catalogs are the same, document names appears to be identical (I need to go over it all the more painstakingly to be sure) obviously an alternate variant with various usefulness. So fundamentally it isn't about a missing document or a missing mediaplayer.

Hi Isac - so what should I do? "visit here" takes me to a page (general overview) and not to something specific. Also I am not so technical so your answer is pretty confusing me

Hi there - Can you provide more detail? Are you referring to the "hotspot" feature of Camtasia Callouts? Or are you referring to something different?

Hi Rick. No hotspot, no callout. The video itself does not have the "full screen" functionality when I publish it on our LMS. For the rest of the published videos I can see the option to make it full screen but for this one it's nothing - only the timeline, play button and this player settings button. I've used custom production settings (scorm) - Camtasia 9 - and we did not changed any setting. I've attached a print screen - maybe it helps.

How can I do to have it again near the player settings button?

Have you published other Camtasia videos to your LMS and they sported the buttons that are missing in this one?

Assuming nothing is really different on the Camtasia end between those other videos and this one, I'd think you need to examine what may have been done on the LMS side that could be different with this particular video.

Cheers... Rick :)

Hi Rick - I'm coming back with the same topic. I've exported again a scorm with Camtasia 9 and when I published the video on the LMS it's not showed the full screen option. I've tried to open the video on Chrome and Explorer and I can still not see it so it's not a browser issue. I also have other videos made in the past - same settings in Camtasia which have the full screen option. Need some help here :(

Thanks!
