Opening screen takes 5-6 seconds to display after producing video in 8.6 Windows

After producing a 3 minute PowerPoint presentation video in 8.6, MP4 with Smart Player (up to 720p) mode, my opening screen takes 5-6 seconds to display. Audio is fine. What's causing my opening slide's delay?

If I let it play on, after it comes up 6-7 seconds into the video, and then start the video over, it displays at the beginning as expected.  It's like the opening video isn't synced up initially with the beginning of the presentation.

FYI: I produced a similar video 5 minutes before with no issues.  Any suggestions?

Thanks for your help, CAMTASIA Forum Champions/readers!

do a custom production, set the video to pause at start; does that work?

Sure did, Kayakman.  Thanks very much!

So, did "pausing at start" allow the video to catch up (sync up), with my opening slide audio?  I'm curious why this video required the "pause at start", and previous video production has been OK?

I don't know the specific causation; possible a graphics issue [loading]?  I suspect this because your audio started OK; but my guess is just a long shot

perhaps contact free tech support; they may be able to advise further

Just wondering,  how a you playing back the video?  Locally or is it online?

Thanks again, Kayakman.  Guess we'll never know the cause.

I play back both ways, Dubie.  Initially, I'll watch the video results locally, but then we place on a network drive for others to see.

I've never had a problem with playback either way, historically.
