Options for easing animations

Regarding the "just release" of Camtasia Studio 2018, the default of just using exponential easing isn't really what I had in thought. There could be an option whether to set a particular easing animation to default. So that way, we don't have to keep changing the easing options for every animation we put in our editing, which is our benefit. Because sometimes when you want to change the animations, you'll eventually forget what animation you want to change from when you've come so far on editing.

Therefore, regarding my last post, unless there's an option on whether to change easing animations, then I'll have to wait for an update.

Thanks for reading. :)

But that guy in the video said, "somewhere in this area," when I reached the preferences option. What does he mean by "somewhere" exactly? I checked around and nothing seems to be relevant to the deafult easing animations.

you're correct, there is no ability to set easing preferences in the current "preferences" tabbed control; my thought is that there needs to be an option somewhere in the "preferences" control to set a desired default easing type
