Paid for Camtasia 2018 upgrade but app says 26 days left on trial?

I paid for the Camtasia 2018 upgrade but I am still getting this trial pop-up that says my usage of the programme is on the countdown... Why isn't the programme recognising it has been purchased?

I don't want to offend you by asking this question. However, if you received your activation key from TechSmith and inputted it into the program?
And you typed your key into the program. What if anything happened after you did?
It should have asked you if you wanted to register your key through TechSmith so that your key will never be lost. Did that occur?
Did you register your key through TechSmith? You don't have to answer that question if you don't want to.

Hi, I do have an activation key but I didn't realise that was for the purchase version... Now I feel like an idiot. I will do that now... Thanks.
