This is a feature that was requested previously, but just not named the same.  A hotkey called "pan last region" would set up the previously captured area and allow the user to re-position to another area exactly the same size. Right now the "repeat last capture" works but only in the same area on the screen.  This would allow the user to move the capture area to any place on the screen to get an identical area. For medical imaging work with multiple images (e.g. CT scans with different image contrast displayed) in different locations on the screen, this would provide substantial improvements in efficiency of quickly capturing a series of images with identical areas.

You could use "Fixed Region" Capture.

You would need to determine the size of the images you want to capture. Then apply that size to the fixed region setting.
Then when you use it. The window will pop up, and you move it around till you're happy with it's location.Left click to complete the capture.

And did you know BTW that there is an option to set the image resolution higher than the standard 96dpi?

Completely irrelevant to the OP but given the use case.....
