Panoramic Capture button is missing. I used to have 3 icons showing but now it’s only the Capture and Recording icons...can you tell me how to add to back so that shows up when I click on my preset?

Hi Zee and thanks for stopping by!

Can you please open Snagit and confirm the full version that you're currently running? You'll want to confirm you're running at least Snagit 13 in order to have the Panoramic Capture method available. You'll also want to make sure that you have the All-in-One capture method selected in the Snagit capture window (it's a tab along the left-hand side, see: https://www.screencast.com/t/x5gfDgfd ).

Thanks Robert for the speedy response. I have 13.0.2 version of snagit and have the All in One method selected as far as I can tell. See screenshots below:

Do you mean the All-in-one button as highlighted in the image below?

Zee, I did a little playing around on my device that still has 13 on it and saw what you were referring to. Odd.

Hello Bob, I tried that and the functionality works as expected however the quick access icon/button still does not come up.

While I'm at a loss to explain why that feature may be missing, I'm wondering if it's possible to create a preset and have the preset point to Panoramic?

It sounds like you've got a electron out of place. A simple glitch in the install.

I would run a repair install of SnagIt.
You run it from the control panel, as if you're uninstalling the program.Except chose "Repair".
Takes all of 2 minutes in most cases.

Hello Joe, thank you very much for the suggestion. I tried it but still no luck. It’s just weird because on my previous work laptop, I had all 3 icons. I had to get a new laptop and this version doesn’t have the three icons. Maybe it’s specific to the exact version?
