Panorama works some times. Others, it creates a multiple image file, with pieces of the image on top of other pictures. Irritating.

Hi there

I suspect this is because you are not only scrolling the page downward, but also left to right and possibly right back to left?

To be honest, I've never tried to capture that way. My own use has always been simple vertical scrolling.  Logically, I would think that if the scrolling is also left to right and right back to left, that it might pose some issues.

I'm wondering if it would be possible to downscale the page a bit so there is no need for left to right or right to left in order to capture what you need? I do that often in my browser. Typically by pressing and holding the Ctrl key while rolling my mouse wheel. I just tried and note that I'm also able to adjust by pressing Ctrl+Shift+(minus or plus keyboard symbols)

Cheers.. Rick :)

I'm curious Rick! In addition to the 'Ctrl+mouse scroll wheel' method, I only use the 'Ctrl+plus/minus' without 'Shift' to enlarge or shrink the page. Using the 'Shift' key has absolutely no effect for me. Using Windows 10 on HP Envy TS 17. Are you on a MAC?

LOL, my bad. I made an assumption here. Because I have to press the Shift key to get a plus or minus symbol instead of the typical equals sign or dash, I mistakenly assumed it would be needed for this as well.

As you can likely tell from my post, I do this ALL THE TIME! ;) (Well, I do it with the mouse all the time)

Thanks for keeping me on my toes! Rick :)

My guess, you are trying to pan both vertically and horizontally.  TS made a video about this:

Nope. I did it twice. I created the rectangle of the webpage first, then scrolled the webpage down. I got two versions of the image I sent. Richard

I have had the same experience as the original post, recently.
Mine are mostly just scroll down 2 to 4 pages sometimes more.
Sometimes it works perfectly. Lately it has been as above.
I was wondering if it had to do with the last update since it seemed
to start it's waunkyness just recently.

( a year or so ago it was doing the same thing and went away. )

Is it possible that this only occurs with these "endlessly scrolling" web pages where you hit "temporary bottom" and have to wait as more of the endless page loads?

Note that I'm not claiming panoramic isn't a bit buggy. I've personally experienced it behaving oddly several times myself. But it's not anything I've consistently seen. Generally speaking, the second try nails it. So I've been unable to discern any pattern.
