perfectly align audio

I must be missing something, but in Camtasia for Mac how do you perfectly align an audio clip (recorded off-camera) to the on-camera audio?  I say 'align' because this isn't really a sync issue - if I can't get them perfectly aligned then it will be a sync issue.

I've disabled snapping and zoomed into the timeline to the maximum.  As you can see in the screenshot the off-camera audio is almost in sync, I just need to slide it to the left a fraction of a frame (but not a whole frame).  How do you do this?

Call me a perfectionist, but I like to be able to do this.

Unfortunately there is currently no way to do subframe audio editing in Camtasia for Mac.

If people are interested in this functionality, please hit the 'Me Too' button on this post to let us know.

I have often seen exactly what Mark describes. However, at 30fps, aligning the audio to the next or previous frame makes no difference that can be heard. So I don't believe this feature is necessary.

The only exception might be when you need to mix the on-camera with the off-camera audio. Then the misalignment could cause muddy audio. Mark, is that what you are doing?
