Why are pictures created in the Snagit editor (13.02) with a transparant background shown as a black picture when shared with the new Camtasia 9 video editor?

Hi there

Is the main part of the picture visible? Is it possible that you are seeing the "black" area where the transparent area is? If so, it's likely because the canvas color is black. I don't believe it's possible to have a transparent canvas in any version of Camtasia.

Cheers... Rick :)
