Pixelate (occlude) certain parts of a screen capture...

It would be great in Snagit Editor to have an effect that pixelates a part of the screen capture. This would be like when they are trying to "fuzz" someone out on the news to keep their identity a secret. There are many times when I screen cap something and want to redact out private information on the screen but show other parts of the screen. Using the boxes works but they all have borders. Using the eraser sort of works but what would really look professional is the look of intentionally occluding some information on the screen capture with the standard pixelation effect. I believe Snagit is the best screen cap software out there and use it ALL the time - well done on a great product!
