Player Color / missing player icons in Camtasia 2018 / SharePoint

When I produce Camtasia 2018 video (with player) on my desktop PC - it looks normal, however, when uploaded to SharePoint (self-hosted) - the icons, bottom right of the player are disappearing somehow.  Can someone help with idea?

The icons still function - but to the end user, they don't seem to actually be there. I've had our SharePoint Admin upload the files in the way shown in anoter article here, so fairly confident all files are there.

Hi Ken,

Do you know what web browser versions users are experiencing the missing icons with?

It happens in IE, MS Edge, and Chrome - they all look the same.  I did try editing one of files that had css, and changed the background color of the main player window, but couldn't locate anything about the player bar.  I expect it is our SharePoint setup - ideally I'd like it on a webserver, but I'm new to this company and just bringing Camtasia in to them.  Things tend to happe quite slowly here, so if I can put in a quick manual fix, I'll try to sort out a better host location later.

It's currently on SP 2013 Server.    The Quiz doens't function correctly either - I can answer questions, but get no summary email to the contact email address at the end of the day.

SOLVED (sort of):  I removed the Quiz & rebuilt the video output (the feedback results were not working either) and the icons re-appeared in the player bar.  Will move into a better location than SharePoint at some time and perhaps bring quiz back (not important at the moment).

Glad to have found a workaround.  I'm interested in why you got into that state with the player.  If you don't mind, I'm going to reach out to you via email for more details.
