Hi,

When I open a page in Google Chrome it shows:
"The Camtasia Studio video content presented here requires JavaScript to be enabled and the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. If you are using a browser with JavaScript disabled please enable it now. Otherwise, please update your version of Adobe Flash Player by downloading here. "

Already installed:
Adobe - Adobe Shockwave Player and Adobe Flash Player.
And I enabled JavaScript.

 What do I do?

Try another browser. According to this article Chrome probably doesn't support Flash videos any longer. https://www.theverge.com/2016/12/9/13903878/google-chrome-block-flash-html5

You may have difficultly finding a browser that will?Being that Flash is an outdated format.

Good luck.
Regards,Joe

I tried in Mozilla Firefox, Edge and it did not work. Already on the Internet Explore and Opera has appeared this now and is only there:

Do haven't said which version of Windows you have. I suspect it isn't Windows 10 because 10 should keep  Java and  Adobe Flash Player up-to-date as part of Windows 10 updates.

Do you have any Windows updates awaiting install? Also run your anti-virus or anti-malware programs.

the dialog shown in the original post suggest that the video was created in a very old version on Camtasia [CS6? or earlier]

I have found that some very old productions will not play at all from their html launch file [security?]

You can't get technical support. Free or paid for that old of a version of Camtasia.
It simply isn't offered for versions that old.

Types of Support

 https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/articles/203732728-Supported-Versions-of-TechSmith-Desktop-Products-

Bottom line, you would be better off upgrading to a newer version of Camtasia. Using another program or going another route.
Flash is an antiquated format. There's not much you can do to help yourself in this situation. But I think you've figured that out already.

If you can find a Flash to MP4 converter. You should be able to salvage your videos that way.I don't know of any converters that do that myself.

So Multisciente

There are a few Free online Flash/FLV to mp4 video converters. This is one such site. https://www.media.io/convert/flv-to-mp4.html

I don't have any FLV videos and haven't tested the site so I can't tell you one way or the other if its a good website to do conversions or not.But its an option.
I got to thinking about it and my NERO 2016 Recode program converts Flash as well.So there probably a lot of programs that still convert Flash.

So what exactly is the issue?

This is the Camtasia forum. I assumed you were encountering Camtasia issues.
