Please add a "duplicate" option. - See MS/ Powerpoint where one can Ctrl+drag an object to get a copy.

very often i copy +paste things like added callouts and stamps, (instead of creating a new  from scratch) -to get the same size and shape as the previous object.

With the Duplicate option ( and Ctrl+ Drag as in Powepoint) I would save quite a few clicks.

You can already copy a callout, just not in the way you describe, and it's not that obvious either.

1. Single click the item you want to clone.
2. The Properties for that item will appear in the Tool Properties panel.
3. Change one of the properties
4. You will see a copy of the original appear  at the bottom of the callout panel, shaded in blue with a plus sign in the bottom right corner
5. Carry on editing the properties until you are happy with the result
6. Click on the plus sign
7. Your modified version should be added to the callout panel.

Works for other items too, but not stamps because those are flat png files.

While true, it's not quite the same nor as efficient as PowerPoint makes it. ;)

Yeah but Rick, you know the v13 design philosophy is  "Don't make anything easy, intuitive or obvious"
