When do you expect to bring back X Y coordinates. We use them very much in digitilizing data, and are now stuck with Snagit 10. This was very important and good feature in old versions which you had working then... so it should not be to difficulte to bring it back.  Or maybe you can point to some other software that we can use instead. Perhaps even from a competitor?

Hi there

I would think it would be a lot more helpful if you were able to articulate exactly where you saw the X and Y coordinates. For example, was it in the editor part? Or during the capture process? Or while creating a preset?

Can you point to an example?

Cheers... Rick :)

Phew, I had a bit of a panic here and was worried they ditched the X and Y coordinates in Camtasia. Techsmith--I wouldn't put removing these past you but if you ever do, it will mark the end of my organization's relationship with your company.

Thank you for your interest. The X Y coordinates are in versions of Snagit 11 and earlier presented in the bottom left hand corner of the editor window. This is a great help for us when digitizing data from scientific publications, reports etc. because it allows with pixel precision to accuratly determine given values presented in curves.
