Please add animated GIF creation to Snagit

It'd be extremely useful to us if you added an option to export a group of selected images in the editor as an animated gif.

Example: I press control (or shift) to highlight multiple thumbnails/captures in the Library then save as ... "animated gif".

Of course adding in the usual frame delay (etc.) animated gif options.

Hi all- I’m thrilled to share with you that animated GIF creation is a new feature introduced today in Snagit 13 (Win) and Snagit 4 (Mac). It just takes a couple clicks to create a GIF from any video or selection of a video in Snagit. Thanks to everyone who suggested this...can't wait to see what you create with it!  :) 



Animated GIFs have such currency right now and it’s no wonder—they’re perfect for demonstrating 2-4 steps or showing a particular interaction. They can be shared most anywhere an image can be, don’t require the viewer to click a play button, and pack a lot of information into a small space. We’re seeing them being used in documentation, training material, quality testing, tech support, or even just peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. Oh, and they’re fun to post on your workplace platform like Slack or Yammer. Here’s how to create them in Snagit...
