please sync caption when published online and we jump to a mark point

Do you mean that if you click an entry in the Table of Contents, the captions aren't in sync? Do you by chance have an example you could share? If you don't want to do it publicly, feel free to email me at m.curtis@techsmith.com

I tried it with both PC version as well as Mac version and the same problem persist, please see this link as proof

Indeed, I am seeing the issue and it's not one I've seen before. I spoke with the Flash developer who works on this controller and feature set, and he had one idea to help us troubleshoot.

It's possible something in a new release of Flash 10.2 is causing a conflict. One possible workaround is to disable hardware acceleration in the Flash player. This is done by right clicking the video, then click Settings, then uncheck the Enable hardware acceleration box (under the left-most, Display tab).

I must admit, I tried this on your videos in both Chrome and Firefox, and I thought I had the longer of your videos working correctly, but I cannot replicate it now.

I think the best path forward at this point is to get you in touch with our support team. I think they will want to see if they can get your project files to better determine where the breakdown is happing--Mac or Windows captions or Flash player, or other.

Can you please open a ticket here? http://techsmith.custhelp.com/app/uti... They are the best equipped to handle mysteries of this scale and will get back to you within one business day. I would recommend exporting and including your zipped Camtasia Studio project as well as your entire Camtasia for Mac project if relavent. Also, they will probably want to know if you did your editing entirely within the desktop product or on Screencast.com, or both.

Sorry for the trouble--I hope we can get this figured out quickly and post the results here!

I don't think it is feasible to ask all my students to change their flash settings, I really spent long time to have the caption and yet it is not in sync!!

The ticket system is strange, I could not login using my user/ pass and when I tried to register it said my email is registered!! hence could not register again.

I agree having each viewer to know how to change settings, is not a real solution--just hoping it would be a clue to help troubleshooting.
