Powerpoint doesn't record on MAC or WIN in Full Screen Presentation Mode

Powerpoint: When I'm recording in either Camtasia 3 (MAC) or 9 (WIN) I go to full screen in PPT after hitting record all seems like I'm recording. Then after stop recording I discover two things may occur. My narration was recorded with only my Desktop showing (MAC). In WIN nothing records. I did check if I was recording on both Mac and WIN. Thanks Dr. P

One thought I had is that maybe, when you go full screen in powerpoint, it is changing your screen resolution instead of just filling up the screen with your presentation? If that happens, it can wreak havoc on recording... maybe look for an option related to this in Powerpoint?

Paul,

Thanks very much for your reply. I will research how PPT works with C3. On the Mac when a program goes full screen it opens what appears to be another window. Swiping right/ left or left/right with 2 fingers the full-screen moves to the left or right to reveal the desktop. This may cause either an interruption to recording or just records the desktop. If I find anything I'll post. Thanks again. Dr. P
