G'day from Australia.

I have owned Snagit for countless years now, getting one of the first versions. I have also owned Camtasia Studio for some years.

During that time there have been occassions when I have needed to contact Technical Support.

Well what can I say.

1. The response times have almost always been within 24 hours.

2. The information given has always been thorough and very easy to understand.

The fact that Snagit and Camtasia Studio, are both top notch programs, and the fact that the support responses have been so good, means that we have an unbeatable combination.

To the Techsmith team, keep up the great work and keep on developing the software.

I certainly agree.  Over the years I've dealt with support teams from different organizations and the TS folks have always been great.  They are way above the typical support group.  Quick and to the point responses.  I applaud them as well.

Yes, even though I do not like the new interface, I must say that Tech Support has always been great and quick to respond.

Support is great, the new interface is dumbed down too much and the "properties" take up too much real estate on the right of the screen
