how do I hide access to other videos so the visitor only has access to the one video? Despite adjusting all settings to Private viewing at the bottom of the video there appears navigation to all videos in the folder, for example < 1 of 7 > How do I get rid of that?

Hi there;

To confirm, when you are viewing the video that you shared you are doing so when not logged into your Screencast.com account?

Yes. I am not logged into my account and using the link provided by Screencast. The "Sign In" prompt appears in the top right corner confirming this.  The navigation bar appears at the bottom < 1 of 7 >  on my Windows 10 / Chrome browser (regular and incognito), Firefox (regular and incognito), and my IOS and Android Safari browsers.

A separate and equally significant problem is that the Screencast videos don't play on my IOS / Chrome Browser. I don't know how universal this problem is yet, or if it's somehow isolated to my IOS configuration. They do play on my Android Chrome browser.
