Problem About Showing Video In Camatasia

Hi

I import a video to Camatasia for Editing (Bluring)
But I can not see this video In the frame inside the application
The frame shows the page behind of the software page
so I can not edit video
Unless I double click on the video and see it on a separate page (that it is impossible to edit via this page too)

I mean more clear, in the photo I attached

Thanks

Hmmm, what you have shown seems as if there is an odd bug manifesting that renders that canvas area as transparent and is showing you the web page behind the Camtasia window.

Aside from ensuring all your computer's video card drivers are up to date, you will likely need to contact support on Monday.

Aside from simply reinstalling Camtasia, I'm out of ideas. Reinstalling certainly shouldn't hurt anything. But I'm personally doubtful it will actually help either.

You might also try it on a different machine if you have one available.

I've seen it before. But usually when I see it, it's a brief period of time as Camtasia is loading.

I see that to,every time I start Camtasia actually.Here's a screen shot.

Obviously this is an entirely different situation. His canvas remains transparent.

I've never seen that.

Another possibility is to try clicking Edit > Preferences > Advanced tab and change the Hardware Acceleration.
