I am trying to join the edited contents of two projects into one on the timeline of Project A. I went to Project B, attempted to select the tracks I saw and add the project tot he library. Then I opened Project A and dragged Project B from the library to the timeline after Project A's camrec. What I got has two issues:
1.I can't seem to remove blank space between the two pieces. There is a small gap but it has nothing in it. So I cannot cut that peice of track because there isn't one. How do I move the right half right up against the left half?
2. More importantly, Project A appears to have three tracks while Project BV has only two tracks. That seems like a problem. Since I always uncheck the box to record system audio, I don't know why I have a track for system audio in Project A. Anyway, I am missing some aspect of joining two edited projects
projects together.
Please help.

With most Windows applications (and I don't think Camtasia is different here) you click to place focus on the Timeline and press Ctrl+A to select everything.
Cheers... Rick :)
