Problem re "Hotkey already registered"

I just upgraded from SnagIt 11 to SnagIt
2018 for Windows.  When I try to assign a Hotkey, it says "Hotkey already registered".  I've always used Ctrl-Shift-F9 to print my selected region.  How to I assign this Hotkey?

.
Ctrl P is and has always been the standard print hotkey for snagit and most all other windows programs.

Thanks Jason but Ctrl P will trigger a Print editor box for the program I'm working in such as Excel.  I used to not have to have Snagit open and whatever program I was working in, when I used the Snagit assigned Hot Key Ctrl-Shift-F9, it would let me select a region then send it to the printer.  Will Snagit not work like that anymore?

Is it possible that you already have a preset from before that has this key combination assigned? And perhaps you are simply trying to assign it to the main SnagIt application?

I'd explore the presets.

Use the standard snagit global assignment to the prtSc (print) key and then setup your preset in capture window to capture and send to print and save it as a preset.

Bada bing bada boom!  Done!
