Problem with full sreen pptx recording via WebEx.

I ́ve a problem to record a full screen pptx presented as host via WebEx. After switching to full screen, snag it records audio fully correct till the end, but "freeze" the first slide of the pptx. Otherwise, when I record a full screen pptx session without webex, it works fine.

Interesting, we've had another report of this as well. Are you running the webex on the same machine you're recording with Snagit or are you recording as an attendee of the webex session?

Yes, it ́s one laptop only build in screen. Win 7 with actual WebEx version. I ́m the presenter.
