Problem with the playing of video in the screen cast

I am unable to open the videos from last friday. Previously I was able to open and play the video from Screencast account.

Could you please help me with it?

I hope someone answers you because nothing I have in ScreenCast works either. I use Windows 7, 64 bit OS, Fire Fox . Java is up to date and running.
My students are getting a little upset.

The Screencast.com team is investigating reports of playback failures, but has not been able to reproduce anything internally

If you are running into problems please open a (free) support ticket at https://support.techsmith.com it is a better mechanism for dealing with issues like this than through this public feedback forum. Our Technical Support team will work with you to collect the details about your effected browsers to help troubleshoot the issue.

I know they've already reached out to a few people, so if you're already in communication with them you can disregard these instructions.
