Problem with uploading MP4 files

I tried uploading an MP4 file to Camtasia, it freezes and then the whole software shuts down. Any ideas??

need details on the mp4; where did it come from? is it 30 fps or less; what are its dimensions? etc.

Hi Has anyone found a workaround to this? I am not able to upload the videos I took with my iPhone 6s into the Camtasia.
