Problem with zoom after video edit

Hello thanks thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can offer

I had to edit my audio and cut out a small section of it after I had zoomed in on a section of my video.  For continuity I had to edit my video to keep the video and audio in sync.  Unfortunately after the edit, my video reverts back to the original point of view and the zoom is undone.  I put a new zoom in the video at the start of the edit point and shortened it as much as possible.  When the video reaches this point in the video, a quick flicker appears.  I'd like to be able to extend the zoom across both video sections if possible to get rid of this flicker.  Is there a way I can do this so I can avoid having to redo this section of my video?

Once again... thanks

Hi there

Perhaps try selecting the segment before the split as well as the segment after the split. Then right-click the selected clips and choose "Stitch Selected Media".

Cheers... Rick :)
