I signed up for a Screencast trial, uploaded a video and now I'm trying to embed it into a Website. In both the Website and in the Screencast page I see a 'thumbnail' image w/ a play arrow, however when I try to play the video it just displays a message that reads:

We are unable to connect to the content you've requested. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The video content is already uploaded to Screencast, so I am unsure why it cannot be connected to. I know with Vimeo it takes a while to upload and process the content, so perhaps that is the issue, but they also provide a timer to let users know when the content will be available. Willing to wait as needed, but unsure if I need to. Screencast site link is:

Hello Jef,

I'm sorry to see you are having playback issues. I visited the link you supplied and can reproduce the issue you described when using the Flash version of our video player. If I used the HTML5 version the video did playback correctly (I disabled Flash to get to the HTML5 version).

Could you let me know what version of the Flash Player you have installed? To find out you can visit this link

If the issue continues, I'll look into it more tomorrow.
