Problem with 30 day trial

Hello TechSmith.... I had a bit of an issue tonight while trying to download the 30 day trial version. I attempted a first download and for some reason the software never actually installed so I attempted a second download which worked perfectly. However, when I launched SnagIt for my first time I recieved notification that my 30 day trial had expired, you hoped I enjoyed the trial and in order to continue using it I had to purchase the software. Is it possible at this point to start my 30 day trial or did that second download attempt cause big problems? Thanks much - Kevin

Hi Kevin, Have you ever used the trial of Snagit 10 in the past and uninstalled it after deciding not to purchase? The machine would be able to detect if this had been done before and would say your trial was already done if you tried it again during the same version release. If you have never installed Snagit previously on this machine, then let me know and I will try to look into this.
