Problems validating a trial version of Snagit 2019

Cannot validate the trial version of SnagIt 2019 - having logged into my account (paul.hill@telefonica.com) and selected that the trial is for training material it gives me a "Page Not Found" error and stops.

I want to demonstrate the benefits of SnagIt to my colleagues and would like to resolve this quickly.

Well, it's pretty difficult to demonstrate the benefits of if you currently have none. "Just Kidding"

Odds are it's a glitch at the web site. And will be resolved shortly.
It's also possible your fire wall is blocking the validation server. I haven't had any problems like that.But you may have tighter security. I work from home.

There's always tech support to turn to. They respond pretty quickly. Within hours in my experience.
