Produce with Transparency?

I'm not sure if what I'm wanting to do is supported by Camtasia.

I'd like to produce an output that has transparency maintained in the output! I know that .MOV and .GIF are able to have a transparent background. So perhaps I've got an image of a product in Camtasia, I overlay that with a sketch motion circle to call attention to an aspect of my product. Then I would like to push that out from Camtasia so all I see is the product and the callout with the rest of the video or GIF being rendered as transparent in the output.

I've been experimenting with many of the output options to no avail. I also tried the "remove a color", but I suspect this only applies to a layer within Camtasia before you produce.

Anyone know the secret handshake? Rick :)
