As a chap who works in sales & support I tend to monitor these sorts of Forums; their complaints and the responses by mods and community members. I have always been impressed by not only the responsiveness of TechSmith Support team members, but by the friendliness of the community members in wanting to assist others in getting to use Camtasia.

Unfortunately, there is no forum for development or marketing, which is where the complaints about pricing and lack of features/bug fixes should be addressed.

I haven't bought Camtasia 2018 and it's increasingly looking like I won't due to all of the problems people are reporting, and the lack of value that you raised. However, that's a completely separate issue.
The support of this community and Techsmith has made it possible for me to use Camtasia 9 more effectively and efficiently, and for that, I'm grateful to everyone involved.
