I set Camtasia 9 to publish with smart player, but then the files don’t have the “smart player” in the html name and don’t display the quiz after the video. Its shows up in preview mode, just not the output. The video plays, but the published html files don't play the quiz with the smartplayer. I have tried it before and it's worked, just not today for some reason. could there be any setting that is preventing this? I've opened in Chrome and IE. with the same result. The video just ends and there is no quiz questions. I've also tried Custom Production settings and gone with the recommended MP4 Smart Player (HTML5) output and no luck. I didn't change any other settings or video options..

Hi Sophia!

I brought this to the attention of my Senior Tech and the Camtasia dev team and their response is that there is an issue, but the production is working as expected. The issue lies in the Studio on the timeline; when you add a quiz after the last piece of media, we report the duration being longer but we only produce to the end of the media. The expected result should be that Camtasia produces to the end of the media, not to the end of a marker or quiz placed on the timeline after the media. Simply put, Camtasia reports the duration incorrectly in the Studio. We'll see what we can do to address this moving forward.
