Question/Idea: Community Template Library(?)

This is both a question and idea. As a question, I'm asking if such a place exists. If the answer is no, then here's an idea:

So, are there any places where users can share their Camtasia templates (things like layouts, transitions, animations--not copyrighted material)? I did a trial with eLearningBros and aside from being way overpriced, their content is limited and pretty much sucks. You can tell they mostly converted Captivate templates into Camtasia format, giving them that drab and sanitized Captivate look and feel.

Aside from Techsmith Asset Library (which honestly has one of the best selections of video and sound I've come across for a subscription library) and eLearningBros--what else is there?

I think Techsmith should create a forum where the community can share their templates. If they already have one, it's not obvious to someone like me haha

I'm sure a few of us would volunteer to moderate and make sure templates don't include copyrighted material like photos or videos.

I like the idea, there are no current sites avaliable that I'm aware of.

I doubt members could moderate the content  with any degree of certainty. There must be millions of websites and software programs that contain copyrighted material.Stealing others ideas is easy to do.Monitoring all these breadcrumbs?
My approach would be more along the lines of buyer beware.
I don't know what legal ramifications might apply to such a website?

My guess is you could share content links in this forum. If there were a central Post to share the content.

I would suggest they take the same approach that you get with templates for After Effects or Premiere Pro, where the photos and videos have been replaced with placeholders. I think they could easily scan the libzip and swap out any media with default placeholders?

What I would LOVE to see is what templates the serious Camtasia designers out there come up with. One of my biggest gripes with existing templates is they seldom have what you need for eLearning. This would include multiple layouts with multiple arrangements for text and visuals.

I would gladly upload some of the templates I've had to build, once I scrub them of our branding. It might give a new designer a change to see a project that's fully assembled with multiple layouts and has quiz questions and markers on the timeline.
