This conversation has been merged. Please reference the main conversation: I need the "TechSmith EnSharpen Quick Time Codec" to make .mov files and tried reinstalling as it suggested, which did not work.
I currently have the 30-Day Trial Version installed on my HP Windows 8 computer. I have a captured video that I'd like to export as a .mov file. However, I'm told that "TechSmith EnSharpen Quicktime codec is required to produce this file format. To install the codec, reinstall Camtasia Studio."
1.) How does reinstalling Camtasia Studio install this codec without downloading it?
2.) Will I lose my project and 30-Day Trial by reinstalling Camtasia?
