Random Issues When Adding to Library

Has anyone else had this problem and, more importantly, how did you solve it?
I recently downloaded a number of assets from various sources and sat down to organize them into various folders.
Periodically, Camtasia 2018 would tell me it couldn't add this or that asset (different sources and formats each time) for one reason or another.
But, if I closed Camtasia, reopened, and repeated the process...no problem.
So it's not REALLY having a problem.  It's just being cranky.

Any thoughts?

Hi Jim!

I haven't seen this particular behavior before with the Library, but I do see it periodically with the Media Bin itself if the asset that is being added is stored in a network drive, cloud-synced folder, or on an external/flash drive. Perhaps there is some similarity there? Are your assets that you are attempting to add to the Library stored in one of those locations?

Nope, though I wish it was as simple as that.  Thanks so much for the suggestion, though.

Hi Jim;

It was worth a shot ... Are these assets ones you have downloaded from our Asset Store, or are they from a 3rd party?

A mix of both, really.  Even a png from a powerpoint got caught in the glitch net.
