Random Uninstalls - Snagit 2019 from Lectora 18

A user has installed Lectora 18 on his machine with Snagit 19

We have found that Snagit randomly uninstalls from his machine and it uses the .MSI from C:/ProgramData/package caches to uninstall itself using a system account to perform this task. adding .old or removing the folder holding the .MSI file stops snagit from uninstalling

there is no task in task schedule , there's not even a uninstall script written for SCCM to uninstall snagit from users machines yet it still does it even if the machine is wiped.

Is anyone able to shed some light on why this would happen?

This is a user to user forum.
TechSmith jumps in from time to time.
This sounds more like a tech support issue to me.

I suggest you contact them.
Let them take a crack at finding the conflict/problem.
If a user reports a solution sooner. Great.
