Recommended IOS browser access

I have just found out by an unhappy customer that the interactive video I've designed cannot be opened in her browser on IOS and Mac, after speaking with the Tech department I was informed that Apple will only display the interactive video on the "native browser". Therefore, if someone with on an Apple device tries to view my published video from the Chrome Browser, they will not be able to view it. *The recommendation is to make our content published on ScreenCast accessible from any browser so that all of our desired audience can view our project.

Thank you for sharing your experience.  The TechSmith Smart Player is used to play back interactive video produced from Camtasia.  I wanted to clarify that it is correct that the TechSmith Smart Player is designed and tested to only work with the Safari browser on iOS.   However on macOS, we support the latest version of Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

Let me know if you have any other questions about player support.
