Recorder Video "follow mouse" it does not exists.

Today I tried to do a tutorial video after that, turn it into GIF

"follow mouse" it does not exists. why?

"the program limits my resolution" And it does not create any GIF and I expected it to do it.
The video has 23 seconds 1280x984px
How to reduce the resolution to a video
Test it only on small monitors, why not allow for this resolution after me it is not great.
We cut him out of the resolution, and how.

Snagit 2019.1.0 (32 bit) build 2653

SnagIt reduces the video size for you. While creating the GIF. This isn't something you have to do yourself but the quality of the video will suffer as a result.

The only way you can reduce the size of your video while recording is to reduce the size of the capture area. SnagIt likes to create GIFs at 640 by 360. Which is a fairly small area.

Did you save the created GIF to a file? I don't want to insult you with a simple question. But I just wanted to run it by you. Because I think the GIF creation workflow can trip up some people.
When you create a GIF using the wizard in the canvas area. It will appear in your recent captures tray. But it isn't actually saved to your computer until you save it through the file menu.

I just captured my 2560 by 1440 monitor of me responding to this thread for 30 seconds. SnagIt gave me the same warnings that you would've seen.

In the end, I had no problem producing that video. Here it is in the canvas area and it was reduced to 24 seconds by SnagIt from the original 30. Why that occurred I have no idea?
But it plays all the way through and there's nothing wrong with it. So I don't know why you're experiencing troubles?

Regards, Joe
