Recording a video of a keynote presentation and switching between this and the webcam

Forgive me if this is already answered elsewhere (if so,I can't find it). I want to record a video of a keynote presentation (including animations and embedded audio and video) and switch several times between me as the presenter and narrator on the webcam. But as soon as I play the presentation it fills the whole screen and the Snagit controls disappear. There is no 'window in window' option for Keynote. Hope someone can help.

Hi Sarah, changing the size of the slides to a smaller dimension than your screen may work. To do this I believe you go to View Inspector Document. Apologies I'm not that familiar with Keynote but this works for me when I want to play the slideshow in Windows and see the Snagit toolbar to switch between webcam and screen. I hope this helps.

In version 4.1.2 you can now toggle the webcam during a recording using the hotkey control-shift-W, which can be configured in keyboard preferences in the editor.
