recording cannot be opened (internal hardware configuration file error)

When importing a specific recording in Morae Manager I always get the same Error Message:
"Manager could not import the recording LabTest4.
The recording cannot be opened (internal hardware configuration file error)"
So is there anything I can do? My other recordings imported without problems. It's only this specific recording.
(I also tried to create a ticket, but the Submit-Button of the form isn't working)

Sorry to hear you are having problems.  We do see the error you are reporting occasionally.  Generally we can fix it by manually modifying your rdg file.  Since you had a problem submitting a ticked, I would suggest calling our tech support number (800.517.3001 or 517.381.2300).  They should be able to help you.
