Recording error in Snagit 2.1.4

I just downloaded the Snagit upgrade (2.1.4) on Mac and I'm now getting an error when I record a screen. I can record OK but when I stop the recording it isn't responding. Snagit icon in top bar is red and I'm having to force quit the application. It then responds with 'unknown error' please try again. I've rebooted my computer and still same response. Can you advise?

A fix is available for Snagit Mac to correct the video recording problem.

The fix is in!

We've released an update Snagit 2 to correct the video recording problems reported by our users.

Download Snagit 2.1.5 for Mac

If you continue to see problems with video capture after updating Snagit, try these troubleshooting tips or open a case with our Technical Support department.
