Registering my product doesn't work properly

Your software asked me to register it, so I tried to do that but it failed.   Strangely, it uses this web address to try to finish registration:
I don't need tech support on this, but I thought you might want to know your registration process is broken.

This happened to me a while back.  I fixed it by clearing cache (corrupted) in my browser (FireFox). It may be worth a try?
