FEATURE REQUEST: Relative File Paths for Media

I have played around with the TSPROJ file in Camtasia 9.  Relative paths do work to reference media from the media bin.

I would like to suggest an option that would allow a preference setting that would set the path of the media relative to the TSPROJ file.

In our work environment (4 people all working on different video projects) we have the following folder structure:

Project folder
--Audio Files
--Video Files
--Rendered Files

if the Media files (Audio, Video, Images) were all relative to the TSPROJ file, then we could easily put the whole folder (keeping it's organizational structure) on a flash drive to be able to share the project for collaborative editing on a USB hard drive.

Exporting to Zip is *not* an option because it brings all the media files and TSPROJ file in to one folder, which then removes the organizational structure.

Again this would be a Preferences Option that could be disabled by default, but have an option to enable.

It is surprising that this post is left unanswered for two years! I've structured my project, relativized paths in the project files only to find out that once I open them they get changed to absolute paths. It poses several problems: a) when a project/workspace (collection of files - project files, media files, ...) is shared, it is broken unless it is put to the exactly the same location. b) it has privacy problems - e.g. when I share my project I might not want to share where it resided on my computer.
